At New England Aerial Cleaning Co. we specialize in high altitude exterior cleaning services such as commercial building windows and roofs, water towers, solar panels, wind turbines, large outdoor venue sanitation and yes even residential homes that may have tall roofs or steep pitch.
We apply a soft wash as to not damage any shingles, tiles, or siding and utilize cutting edge technology to significantly reduce time on sight and cost, as well as risk reduction and satellite imagery to assist in our quoting process

01. BEFORE
CLEANING
1. 2nd inspection of the home
2. Take pre-cleaning photos before softwashing begins
3. Property protection: if required, includes bagging and taping all outlets, meters, boxes, or fixtures around the home to help ensure moisture stays out during cleaning
4. Plant protection: even though we use 100% biodegradable solutions, we still take the extra step in ultimate plant protection by pre-soaking or covering nearby landscaping/delicate plants with breathable Tyvek when needed
02. DAY OF
CLEANING
1. Treat all surfaces: when choosing us for siding softwashing, this means everything will be sanitized! Soffits, fascia, windows, walls, and shutters for complete cleaning. (Gutter "Tiger Striping" is not organic and will not come clean with a traditional softwash, however we do provide the service as an additional package).
2. Rinse down all treated surfaces and nearby landscaping
3. Purified water window rinse (if added to estimate)
4. Plant wash to neutralize overspray cleaning solutions
5. Clean-up work environment
6. Final post-treatment inspection and post cleaning photos
7. Email receipt and final report for your records (roof warranties require evidence of maintenance)
03. DURING AND AFTER CLEANING
· Water conservation: softwashing uses 1/3 the water vs. pressure washing
· Biodegradable cleaning: sodium hypochlorite has limited environmental impact, since the hypochlorite ion rapidly degrades before it can be absorbed by living beings
· Low VOC emissions: clean air is as important as a clean home!
· Limited or no use of fossil fuels
· 12 Volt powered electric equipment
· Longer-lasting clean than pressure washing

What our team uniquely provides is the combination of brand new revolutionary technology with the proven effectiveness of a soft wash application using biodegradable soaps, detergents and specific chemicals that drastically reduces time spent on site. We do not use high psi pressure washers that may damage shingles and siding, but by utilizing a soft wash pump and scientifically developed solutions that target specific issues such as roof moss and black streaks, algae growth on facades and siding, and even gutter tiger striping and rust runoff. Did you know that the black streaks on your roof are actually living algae called Gloeocapsa Magma that eat the material such as limestone in your asphalt shingles, and that some insurance companies even require maintenance/removal?
DENNIS CROTEAU
Owner, Chief Pilot
Dennis began his career in the aerospace industry at Northrop Grumman specializing in military mission and avionics systems integration. In 2006 he took a job with Sikorsky Aircraft where he was a flight test engineer conducting Blackhawk check-out and customer training flights. More recently he worked at Lockheed Martin in a Chief Engineering compliance role. He is a FAA Certified Part 107 Drone Pilot and holds a BS in Electrical Engineer, a MS in Systems Engineering and was an Engineering Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven.
